"XBMC COMING TO GOOGLE TV?
Brian tweets "Does Google releasing JB 4.2.2 and NDK for Google TV mean XBMC portability for all Google TV devices with the update?" We love the XBMC media center, and we've got the latest word in the video!"

Showing that Engadget again has it wrong as they claim the video shown was raspbmc while it is actually OpenELEC with patches done by our Team member popcornmix.
Seems they will never learn

And it also make it sounds like Raspbmc own developers are the ones who coded the mentioned performance improvements into XBMC, and not Team-XBMC's Raspberry Pi developers.
Expect many donations will go to Raspbmc developers instead of Team-XBMC's here at xbmc.org because of this

They also make it sound like the new WMC PVR add-on (which is awesome work done by krustyreturns and some other users, great work guys!) is something only on Raspberry Pi.

I think it would be awesome to do a full blog post about this. The work that was done on that is fantastic, and gives new life to a box used by a large group of people who were abandoned. There's a sort of "full circle" feeling to it, too, since being able to do this was something that was originally promised by Boxee, but had to be done by the community instead.
