This is probably never going to happen (in xbmc), but seriously check the potential in this.

If this in some way could be added to XBMC it would be awesome! The source code is published and free to work with
that is a cool way to find similar movies, by creating a "fingerprint" and searching the movie database for similar matches in colour and movement.
doubt if it will ever be made for xbmc! but nice concept.
