Hi,

I'm having troubles playing an MKV file with 25fps video on XBMC (blank screen with audio), while MPC-HC works fine on the same computer.

My computer:
- Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64 bit.
- AMD Phemon II X4 960T 3.00 GHz
- 8GB RAM
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 8.17.12.9610

I tried 'Adjust display refresh rate to match video' and 'Sync playback to display' but they did not help.

Is this a known issue and is going to be fixed?

Thanks very much.

This problem is not 25 fps . The problem is interlaced video VC-1 . On-board DVDPlayer can't play it , even new alphas 12 . Build with DSplayer can . Developers say is the fault of ffmpeg, but the problem was fixed in MPC-HC ,LAV and other based ffmpeg , long time ago ..
Thanks, I tried a DSplayer build, but it does not work either. Guess I'm stucked with MPC-HC as external player for those. Makes me feel unease with the on-board DVDPlayer a little bit, but well...
