yep. that version didn't work for me either. Thanks for looking into it zeppy.
I upgraded to Frodo RC1, and now I'm getting a message saying that reFocus BIG's repository has been marked as broken, dependencies not met. ??

EDIT: Never mind...I did Check Updates and also did Force Refresh on the repo, and now it seems to be working fine. Odd..

Yes, I was a bit confused when I installed RC1 last night as well.

There's a few minor bug I'm experiencing.....
Have you noticed any odd issues with movie posters disappearing after you play one? Only to have it (sometimes) later reappear?

I'm not sure if this RC is to blame, or the skin, but I think its more likely the skin from the way things are happening.
I can't seem to get this skin working on my RPi. I've tried with build 2.95.5 and 2.95.2.
I was running Refocus perfectly before trying to get this MOD to work and now my Refocs repo is showing up as broken.
Refresh and Update don't change anything. Any help?

EDIT: OK I had to manually drop the folder into the addons folder to get it to work.

No, I haven't noticed that. I am having some issues with about 10-15% of my thumbnails not appearing. I'm not sure at all what's happening there. But the specific issue you describe, I am not experiencing.

I think its actually the same issue, or somehow related.
I suppose that's possible. Feel free to chime in on the thread I created regarding my thumbnail issue in the iOS Support subforum.

I might have mentioned this before, but the EPG looks very strange without borders around each individual program. I noticed this varies from skin to skin. This skin and Confluence don't have borders, but Quartz 3 and Xperience1080 2.0 do. It looks much better and is easier to read with borders IMO.

It's actually a bit difficult to see where one program ends and the other begins.

I have noticed the same thing with beta 2. Haven't had the time to really debug yet, but it definitely happens to me too...

I deleted all the Textures*.db files in my userdata folder (after backing them up of course) and that seemed to fix things for me, after I cycled through all the posters for them to load up.

Good to know. I will give this a try. One more thing that happens on my machine:

When starting videos directly from the file view (I do this sometimes when accessing temp directories that are not part of the scraped source folders) I noticed that these don't have any posters either. These used to be generated from the file when first accessing them - I think by taking a screen from about 10% into the file...

Actually, it seems what I did helped, but it still can make movie posters disappear again, just less often. Oddly enough, playing the title again and quickly stopping it often fixes things. Very odd bug indeed.

But I too have no have no posters or rather, thumbnails for non-scraped videos either. Not even the thumbnails for folders where I made a folder.jpg
Hi there...
Being a newbie to xbmc I find this skin absolutely brilliant and the main reson I moved from mediaportal to xbmc.
Just a feature request:
Is it possible to integrate the New advanced weather features to this skin?

Love your work on this skin

Interesting.

First of all, if you check out the thread I posted in the iOS Support forum about rebuilding video thumbnails (the thread I linked to a few posts ago), I was able to get my own thumbnail issue solved--stupid me, I still had .NFO files that were pointing to now-non-existent video thumbnail locations online.

However, I did just experience the problem you talk about above. I started playing a movie, exited, and the thumbnail was gone. Then, I exited back to the main home screen, went back into the Movies section, and the thumbnail had reappeared. Rinse, repeat--I was able to make the thumbnail disappear and reappear following that procedure.

I don't think the fault is with XBMC though. I only say this because when I switched to Confluence and tried again, there was no problem whatsoever with the thumbnail--it never disappeared.

Did you test it with Confluence and see if you get the same thumbnail disappearance?
In the meantime, here's a snippet of the log. It encompasses me starting to play a movie, fast forwarding a couple of times quickly, then exiting out. Note in particular the "DoWork" line at 01:09:59, where it loads a reFocus thumbnail .jpg of some sort--is that part of what the issue is, I wonder?
