Some videos I watch have a native framerate of 25fps. Unfortunately, my TV doesn't support that framerate. I can globally disable the "adjust framerate to match video" setting, but for videos that my TV supports, I'd like to have this enabled.

Is there a way for XBMC to not adjust the refresh rate for framerates on a "black list?"
