Is there a backup guide on what to backup?

I am able to FTP to the XBMC so I was wondering what folders I should transfer. Are all the files I require in the xbmc folder? I would like to backup all of my movie data, tv data, and users settings.

I was thinking of using this http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=129499 though if I can FTP the files I won't worry about it.

jack76 (below) has asked sort of the same thing, though I would like to know more about what folders I need to backup. Or a guide so I can choose what I want to back up.

The userdata (wiki) folder.

I tried the xbmc backup addon lastnight, I kept getting a script error. More then likely I'm doing something wrong. will try again tonight.
