Hi Guys,

I have a huge DVD and Bluray collection, I’m not talking about downloads but physical media that I rip to a huge NAS to stream around the house, the problem is I have an extremely bad memory and I keep forgetting what I already have in DVD/bluray, as a result it’s not unusual for me to buy 2-3 times the same movie.

I was wondering if there was an easy way to extract my XMBC library and make it available online, if possible in the same user friendly interface XBMC is offering. I know that other option exists and I could probably create an database using a dedicated application but I already spent a considerable amount of time organizing my xbmc library, adding cover, fanart ect…

Any Ideas?

Use the webinterface.
If you open the correct ports on your router you can access it from outside your local network

Something like http://trakt.tv might come in handy here. Has an XBMC add-on floating around here somewhere.
