how do you update to 1.4.2 ?
kodi sees only 1.4.1 in the repo
i don't see anything past 1.4.0 in the git releases
where is the download please ?
It is too strange.
Twitch 1.4.1 here worked untill 5PM. after that i only get http error.
Any idea?
Twitch add-on v1.4.1 no longer working here as well.
Getting mostly "Twitch Error" and “One or more items failed to play. Check the log file for details.”
Sometimes getting "http error" too.
Is there a version 1.4.2?
If yes, how to update to it?
i don't have v1.4.2 so i don't have the latest code, i can't hack this fix in some old code

Dude.. Im on 1.4.1 here, from official Kodi rep. You are to agressive with who are trying to help you with a SOLUTION that I apply.
If you can't fix it, just wait for the proper release. In addition, please be nice to the others.

try editing it under _init_.py in the twitch folder

i apologize, but you do understand, we're not all coders, so giving the info of the file name and nothing else like where it is, or how to edit, is confusing to non coders. this internet is big and has many people, we all use google to find some tidbit of info here and there and try to figure it all out but its never complete. a good post would've been to give the exact how and where to do this. the post just above mine is more helpfull in that regard.
we just want our sh*t to work, its already so much trouble to have to install ums, then the jumpy addon then kodi for all this to work on our tv.
i'm this close to tossing out ums and just getting a chromecast key.

now kodi won't even start the twitch addon. says twitch error. what fresh hell is this.
