hi,

i have just upgraded from XBMCubuntu eden to the new XBMCbuntu 12.04 with pre-Frodo, AudioEngine and XvBA backend using

Code:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:wsnipex/xbmc-xvba
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

now it goes to ubuntu desktop and when i logout, the only options are xbmcbuntu and openbox.

how do i get xbmc back and loading automatically?

Can you still launch XBMC within XBMCbuntu via the menu?

No I can't find anything in the menu to launch xbmc

If you click the Launch ("Start") icon on the XBMCbuntu desktop, do you see "Sound & Video" listed between the "Internet" and "System Tools" entries? If so, what (if anything) do you see listed within the "Sound & Video" category?
