I am looking to post a thread in "Off-Topic", however, when I click "Post Thread", it returns a message saying that I don't have the right to do this. Sorry if I missed the point, but is this not possible ?

Regular users like us can't start new threads in "Off Topic"; however, we can post replies to existing threads there.

BTW, this thread should have gone in the Website and Forum Issues or Suggestions forum.
