I get an error in Hulu plugin "Playback failed, One or more items failed to play. Check the log file for details.

I have installed and re-installed add ons for both Hulu and Amazon. I know I must be doing something wrong, can someone please help me out, I have spent the last couple days in the forums but I can't find a fix.

I do see this in the log when amazon is launched, It looks like problem, if so, any idea how to fix?
