Hey guys

Im kind of new to xbmc. Ive googled for this, but i cant find anything about it. Sorry if its a repost.

My xbmc doesnt find all my movies. It seems like its all my trueHD movies thats on 50gb+. Do you guys know how to fix this? Have i missed something in settings?

Im using the latest stable xbmc (version 11 "Eden").
I'm still new to xbmc as well, but it seems like there has to be some other common denominator. I don't believe the scrapers are even aware of the audio format of the files. I have several TrueHD movies with no problems. Is there something different about their directory? File name? Most of my scraper issues have been name/directory issues.

Scraper? what do you mean?
The scraper is what searches your hard drives for media.

Okay. Well. i download mostly scene release movies. Sometimes movie packs. But the problem only seems to be with TrueHD movies.

I renamed my own homebrew movie to: Project.X.2011.MULTI.COMPLETE.BLURAY-SharpHD. Do you see anything wrong with this? Smile Thats one of the movies that doesnt get imported
Maybe too much info in the title. Check out the wiki for best naming practices.

Do really have to do that? It works great on alot of movies. Cant you just set it to scan everything or something like that?
Yeah, it will work just fine for a lot of movies, but there are bound to be ones that it just can't figure out unless you follow the proper naming scheme. The other option would be to create nfo files for your movies, but that is even more work than renaming the file.

Is there any add-on or program where you can add movies by youself? If the scraper missed something, is it possible to easly add them?
You want something like Ember Media Manager. It creates nfo files for you so that XBMC doesn't have to scrape the movie. All the information for XBMC is contained in the nfo file.
