Hallo nerds,

my System is a
- atv 1st gen latest os
- BCM970012 Crystal
- xbmc (eden) custom install with different apps

status
- "normal" the xbmc runs without any problem
- video, inet-access, apps, smb-access

unwanted behavior
- sometimes the xbmc starts but I can't see the Portal (black screen)
- a little bit tricky but it is possible to control the Portal (black screen !!)
- it is possible to left the Portal to the atv main menu
- only after atv reboot it is possible to access the xbmc ... until the next moment of madness

- the same behavior without the HD card!

what is this Portal of which you speak ?

The Portal is the xbmc start-screen.

Because of further problems with the "black screen" I took the decission to switch over to crystalbuntu.
