I've forked the git code and am trying to develop a feature for it.

I haven't found it neither in the google nor the git page any information regarding a developer's mailing list, which would be interesting to clear some doubts: is there such a mailing list?

Nope - if you have doubts you're free to ask:

1. In #xbmc on freenode.
2. In #xbmc-dev on freenode.
3. In the forums here (development forums).
