I keep getting this error when i try to post in Off-topic:

I can get into everything else, but not this one. I wanted to ask a question that isn't directly related to XBMC, but is like its services.

Are you trying to reply to an existing thread in "Off-Topic" create a new one?

Only moderators can create new threads there (or move a thread there from elsewhere in the forums). Any member can post replies to existing threads.

Yea I was trying to create a post there, didn't know about that rule. Ok i'll post my question into the general section then and see if it gets moved. Thanks
