I own a Philips 42" Full hd tv, and have been enjoying XBMC on ATV2 for a while.

But i have an annoying bug.

When ever the TV have been turned off for a while and i turn it on again, XBMC only use the top left of the screen. I have been fiddling with various screen scaling and HDMI settings on the TV, but nothing helps.

Both ATV2 and XBMC output is set to 720p.

It looks like the 1280x720 output from the ATV2 is framed with a big fat black border right and buttom to fit the native 1920x1080 screen resolution of the TV.

The only solution i have found is to shutdown XBMC and restart it from the ATV menu. Then im back in full upscaled 720p glory filling the entire screen and everything works nicely untill next time i turn on the TV...

Have anyone else seen this behavior or even have a fix please post it :-)

Thanks in advance!
Post a debug log when switching the tv on.
Have you fiddled with the video settings in the XBMC menu regarding video calibration instead of those based in the TV's software?
