Hi Guys,
Noob here. My first post so please forgive my errors if any.
I've just installed xbmc-11.0.exe onto my PC running Windows XP SP3, Athlon XP 3200+, 1GB of RAM, Directx 9.0C. I first tried with my Nvidia GeForce 7800GS, then I tried an older graphics card but with either card I got the dreaded "Xbmc has encountered a problem and needs to close" error on a black screen.
I've search through the forums for help but havn't come up with anything yet to solve the issue. I did learn about log files and I copied it and place it here http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=6218 I hope thats right and it might shed some light on why the program fails to start.
I will also look at trying older versions to see what happens.
