I am new to this. I did google and look for answers. Just giving up and asking.

Box is brand new. Running windows 7. I installed eden. Everything seems to be running properly except it won't play on my tv. When I switch my tv on I can see the monitor flicker. So, it is getting a signal. Just nothing coming out the hdmi.

You're not very specific about anything. A lot more details are needed to even begin to troubleshoot your issue: How your equipment is connected, what your settings are under video playback/audio playback, etc.
