I need to build a really cheap ($150) computer for my mom. I do not need a hard drive.
She will just be doing web browsing, watching movies, word documents, etc.
It will run windows but I have already bought that.

I just need the best components I can get for like $150!

I'm assuming that you don't need a hard drive, because you already have one. Correct?
