I have crystalbuntu installed with BCM card. HD playback fo 720 and 1080 plays great. My problem is SD content is jerky. How can I fix this and what settings do I have to play with?

turn off deinterlacing

Turned it off and it is smoother however now the audio if offsync and the video stutters fast trying to catch up to audio.
