far as i know, really the only way is to 'cheat' and just force the skin to display your images NOT based on actual conditions. This would be for testing of course.

yes, that's the idea...thinking the icon will "colourize" itself... even if the few people I showed it to said they like better the "original" apple coloured version...
..so it'll probably be theme 2...

but i think this feature will be better as soon as frodo comes out, since it'll support season covers on Player OSD.
the movie cover fades away when extra menu is pulled up.
