I am getting a script failed error message with many of my video add-ons. Here is a link to my debug log http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=11145. I tried opening DeathSquad.tv w/ debugging enabled. I have never used the debug log before, hopefully I am doing this correctly. Any help in getting my add-ons working is greatly appreciated.

The most common cause is for this is the proxy setting being enabled. Check System>Settings>System>Internet access.
