Hi Guys,

I have been an XBMC user for over 3 years now & just upgraded to Eden yesterday.

Since I upgraded, all my videos now suffer approx 1 second audio dropouts every few minutes.

I am using a mini-itx pc with HDMI out as my hardware.

I'm using Ubuntu 12.10 with XBMC added via Ubuntu's repositories which has been a winning combination for me until now.

Anybody got a solution for me?

Use this ppa https://launchpad.net/~nathan-renniewald...bmc-stable to install xbmc

Many issues are because ppl using ppas that not publishing proper packages for their Ubuntu versions

Ubuntu repos are not best, yet.

Also the guisettings.xml may not be compatible, back-it-up by renaming it. ()its also common for guisettings.xml to be incompatible with old versions due to code changes)
