Don't know what to do...

I just installed xbmc 11 on a - somewhat dusty - powermac G5 (2ghz powerpc G5 - 4gb ram - OS X 10.5.8)
most things 'seem' to be working fine - no crashes so far & i can access video files in my movies folder
however...
- i can't seem to access my itunes music library
- addons don't work - i can install them (tried youtube, al jazeera, college humor, 3voor12 luisterpaal, etc) but they all give me errors when i try to use them

is it possible that my system is too old? or am i missing some basic configuration skills?

please help! thanks
Eden should be ok, no PPC for Frodo.
What do you mean 'no ppc'? It says OSXPPC on the download page...

davilla is just giving you a heads-up that XBMC Eden (11.x) should work with PPC; however, you won't be able to run the upcoming XBMC Frodo (12.x) on that system.

As far as your add-ons failing, you should enable debug log (wiki)ging in XBMC and try to run one of your add-ons. When it fails, exit XBMC immediately, locate your debug log (wiki) (xbmc.log) and upload its contents to www.pastebin.com or www.xbmclogs.com . Post the assigned URL link for your uploaded log here with your reply so other forum members can review it for possible clues to your problem.

I have
Model Name: iMac G5
Model Identifier: PowerMac8,2
Processor Name: PowerPC G5 (3.0)
Processor Speed: 2 GHz
Number Of CPUs: 1
L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB
Memory: 2 GB
Bus Speed: 667 MHz
Boot ROM Version: 5.2.5f1
And have tried installing XBMC 10-12 and one will install. It just tells me that it can't be ran on my Mac. Any suggestions?
Well, XBMC 12 is "Frodo" and, right off the bat, that version will not work with PPC as noted above. Can't speak for XBMC 10 or 11 (Dharma and Eden, respectively) since I don't have any PPC systems. From where did you get the XBMC 10 and 11 installation files (URL link)?
Last ppc release should be that one: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/releases/osx/ppc....0-ppc.dmg
Linux Mint, if you're brave: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=173287

Video performance will be lacking, though.

Not from our (official) side - sorry. Something like this has to come from Community developers.
