I would like XBMC to show a custom thumbnail for every item.

Is this possible?

I guess this is not yet possible.

Could a moderator please move this thread to Feature Suggestions ?

I would very much like to have this feature. Currently you can only assign a thumbnail to the playlist itself.
So if you skip to the next radio station in a playlist, it keeps showing the same thumbnail.
