Hi. I was wondering if anyone has ever encountered this error message. My O/S is Windows Vista. I just downloaded the XBMC ver. 11. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to forums, my single serving friend 
I dont use window+xbmc so my best is a guess based on the message.
Your probably running XBMC as a normal user and it doesnt have permissions to read/write files in your userdata folder so try running xbmc as administrator.
