hi all,
have been running xbmcbuntu flawlessly for quite a while, however just then i decided to install and try the pseudotv add-on.
after installation it said it needed to activate the "web server" so i clicked yes, and then i rebooted. after the reboot, i have no more menu sounds and worse, i can't play ANY media! i just get a black X in the middle of the screen, then the xbmc logo and i'm back at the main menu.
i uninstalled the add-on and then went to settings -> network and deactivated the web server ("allow xbmc to be controlled via http") and rebooted a few times, also power cycled everything a few times (including my receiver) but still nothing!
how do i debug this?
