I'm running Eden ( with medium tech skills ) I want to try frodo will I need to completely remove eden and lose all my settings or can I transfer settings?
You can update over the top, but note that guisettings.xml may be overridden, so going back to Eden you might lose some settings (typically those that aren't in Frodo, so unlikely to be all that much).
