Hi,
I have a seedbox where I store all my video files. I want to setup from the seedbox to my ipad with XBMc installed through the internet. I have tried both ftp and https protocols but i am not completely satisfied with results. It is slow to buffer and from time to time, it will crash. Seeking through the video file isn't that great also. Sometimes i want to skip through the last part but it will not go all the way through the place I want to.
What do you guys think is the best way to stream? Ftp, https, smb, etc?
I have add ons installed, TMZ and hulu and this has great playback results. Even skimming through videos work really great. What protocol does it use?
