i'm sorry, but there's currently no way to install Transparency!

you will have to wait until xbmc releases a new stable version.
I have 2 machines that running RC2 and T! 5.0.4.. when I got the Broken msg I clicked disable.. cause everything is good for me..
Should I worry about something?

Sorry, But I can't get it again.. So whats broken? and why I can't install it on my 3rd machine..
If its a small bug, I can handle it.
Just show me how to manually install T!.. Can't use XBMC without it..

there's a bug in xbmc rc2 that is causing xbmc to crash when you try to update the skin.

if you restart xbmc after the crash, it will crash again... and so on.

so until that is fixed in xbmc, i have disabled Transparency! in the addon repo.

I reverted back to Frodo 11, and now have no way to install the skin, as you have it marked broken. I am lost without this skin!

My bad... I meant XBMC Release Candidate 1.

I take it you mean Frodo RC2 Wink

touché :-)
Ok, All is well. I just added the Transparency! repository to TortoiseSVN and grabbed the latest files. All is well again.

I KNOW how extremely frustrating it is when you work on skinning something, and code in the core application costs hours of work to get to where it was before it was messed with. I have had this happen more times than I can count with RoadRunner and my DFX skin that I created for it. At times I just wanted to throw in the towel, and would have to take a week or two off, and then go back and tackle it Smile

Hello when i go to download transparency it says Broken from Repository can i install it manually?
Ronie, just to let you know working again with 5.0.6 via svn and Frodo nightly build from 28th, and thank you for your continued hard work and support for this skin, it is the best!

because if the lrc does not match, the auto-focus on lrc make it impossible to read the right lyrics.
the focus is handled by the addon, you can't change it from the skin.
when the lyrics are not in sync, hit 'c' or 'right-click'.
it may give you a list of available lyrics to choose from (if multiple lyrics are available).

Actually It's not true, "C", "right-click", do nothing (not just in T!). still search for command to stop the auto focus when The user choose to.

like i said: it *may* give you a list of available lyrics to choose from (*if* multiple lyrics are available) ;-)
if there's only one lyric available, it won't do anything indeed.
