I know this may seem silly, but I can't find where to add a smart playlist in Transparency.
I found it just fine in Confluence...

I tried searching, but didn't find anything on actually adding a smart playlist.
Only on how I can add it to favorites and make it a menu item and etc.

smart playlists are in the same location in all skins,
only the home menu button may take you to a different section in the library.

in T!, highlight the Movies menu, press right and select Library.
you'll find the Playlists entry there.
