I have same hardware dts-hd works fine under windows7.
-Indeed enable azalia in bios
- install drivers hm65 and realtek
-use hdmi
-disable spdif in xindows
-configure xbmc not to use direct sound (use the other stuff in which you see your av receiver name)
-check that your av receiver is compatible with dts-hd
