Hey guys,

I am having this error on my ATV1. My plugin was working this morning and stopped working . I have tried rollback abducted uninstalling with no luck. The plugin fails over and over. FWIW the apple frontrow YouTube plugin can still talk to YouTube and play video just fine

Seems to be caused since an update of script.module.parsedom (to version 1.5.0).

This is what I did to solve this problem -for now- (revert to version 1.4.0):

System > Settings > Add-ons > Install from zip file > [XBMC home folder]/addons/packages > script.module.parsedom-1.4.0.zip

One question though, Do these addons update themselves automatically?

If so, Is this a good thing? or should it be disabled until the official release of Frodo?

Never mind.
I got it working by updating to 1.5.0 and installing the youtube 3.4.0 beta (haven't tested 3.3.0 with 1.5.0).

I'm on a clean 12.0 RC2 install using windows 7.

Unfortunately I can't find the 3.4.0 version.
So looking at the code it seems that the problem is the string "11.0 Git:20120321".
This string cannot be converted to a float due to the chars "git:20120321" so I hardcoded the value "11.0" in to the variable "version".

Youtube and others XBMC features are working ... but it's not a real fix, just a workaround.
I'm sorry but I don't know XBMC well.

I attempted to add the update that VelvetKevorkjan suggested but that did not work for me. So I took a risk and went to the XBMC downloads page (http://xbmc.org/download/) and downloaded the "12.0 “Frodo” Release Candidate 2" and my XBMC is now working with the YubTube module. If you haven't tried upgrading the module below and don't mind install "release candidate" software give it a try.
