Hello,
I have a laptop running Windows 7 and XBMC Frodo RC2.

I tend to plug in my laptop through an HDMI cable to my TV, to use XBMC but occasionally, I just watch it on my laptop. Whenever I watch it through a different medium, I must change the sound settings to distinguish which output I'd like to use. On Eden, it wasn't a problem because the sound was the same configuration as Windows, but Frodo has a separate setting to distinguish the output; is there a way to automate this change?

Thank you for your time and have a happy new year.
Anyone?
