I know what Martijn referred. Problem is resolved it works.
To make it work you need to manually edit the playlist.
A great pity.

There should be no reason you couldn't make the same working playlist within XBMC. I have very similar type playlists that I used the playlist editor within XBMC to create.

Glad you got it working. Looks like your issue was you needed to chose 'contains' for your path instead of 'is'. You just chose an incorrect option when you created it via the XBMC playlist editor. You just fixed it manually. Just letting you know in the future you can create that type of playlist from within XBMC. Smile
