Why can't I load more than 6 skins or delete skins on XBMC v12 for Raspberry-Pi. I can load the newly released MediaStreaming Redux skin. Does any body no why ?

What exactly do you mean by "load more than 6 skins"? Are you saying there are more than 6 skins listed, but you can only install or enable 6 of them? Or do you mean there are only 6 skins listed? If you mean the latter, that's because there are currently only 6 skins available for Frodo in the XBMC.org repository. Additional Frodo-compatible skins may be available from third-party repositories, but you'll have to install those repositories first.
As for deleting skins (or any other files within XBMC), you need to be sure the following setting is enabled: System/Settings > Appearance > File lists > Allow file renaming and deletion. After enabling this setting, you'll see a Delete button when you bring up the information page for a skin.
