Hi i have multiple mac minis in the house all with xbmc on it and sharing files from a central library. Each mac maintains its own library, so not using mysql on the nas or anything. So far so good. I do have one computer in the living room where there are certain videos i dont want showing up (blue valentine im looking at you). So these videos are maybe 3-4 out of my hundreds. If i remove yhem from library in the movies section on rescan they go back into the library. Is there some way to avoid manually removed videoa from being rescanned, short of setting up another directory for these videos and setting up a new source?

Browse to the movies you want excluded in Files mode (not in the library), and use the context menu to "Change Content", and then tick the "Exclude path from library updates" option.

Of course do this step after you have removed it from the library.
