when xbmc starts there is a speaker icon with an X in the middle of the speaker on the far right corner and there is no audio!
anyone know what this is about and how I can change it??

That means XBMC audio is muted. Press the +/= key repeatedly to increase volume (i.e., unmute).

Huh weird I didn't press mute not sure why that happened
