hello, very new to xbmc, installed xbmc, loaded some repositories from xbmc site, tried watching some movies and I have a buffering issue-cache filled before reaching required amount----. I tried adding an advancedsettings xml, did not help and i am not sure I did it correctly because i get an error when i try to view it from the user data page. any insight would be helpful-installed and viewing from same pc if that matters

sorry I do not see an xbmc log in my xbmc folder anywhere- debugging is enabled
i added an xbmc.log file in my xbmc folder via the xbmc program in systems/settings/system/debugging/screenshot folder and according to the log that is always displayed on my screen while movie is playing that is where it is going but when i click on it nothing is there
post the log so we can look at it...use pastebin.com
when i click on it nothing is there or i am not accessing it properly
On what platform are you suing XBMC?...Windows?
