Full Version: Frodo crashes on exit (and during playback)

Hi,

I was using Frodo 64 bit on my Mac mini running Leopard. After the upgrade it started to crash frequently during playback or idle and it is crashing every time on exit. After reading some other posts suggesting to use 32 bit version, I removed 64bit and installed 32bit but it also crashed on exit.

The crash logs are here:
64bit crash on exit: http://pastebin.com/E4P08DFu
32bit crash on exit: http://pastebin.com/RsBrAKth

I am not sure if it helps but now I am updating my Mac mini to Mountain Lion. If the crashes continue I can post more log files.

Thank you in advance.

Apologies, my mistake. Iwas using Frodo on Snow Leopard 10.6.8 not on Leopard.

After this post, I upgraded the OS to Mountain Lion 10.8.2 and installed latest 32bit nightly build dated 27.02.2013. It still crashes on exit. I did not try long enough to check if it crashes during playback or idle.

Here is the lates crash log for the nightly build on Mountain Lion: http://pastebin.com/RDv82Ufn
Try a different scraper if possible - Looks like its Scanning your Library when you tried to exit

I was using IMDB and TVDB as scrappers (I do not have music or photo library). I changed them but still it keeps crashing on exit or during idle or playback. Here are some more samples of the crash logs:

I will go back to stable 32 bit Frodo release and disable all library updates to check if it is still related with library updates or scrappers.
I hope you can find something useful in the crash logs.
Most of those might be cause by afp. Read AFP (wiki) and better move to another protocol.
