Hi everyone,

my problem is that when I try to exit or shutdown XBMC (Frodo release on a windows 7 PC) it exit to windows but is not really closing the application, indeed I've got black screen and the only way out is ctrl+alt+can, system manager and end task XBMC.

I started having this issue with Frodo. In the beginning it was not that often but now is sure thing: everytime I go out of XBMC I've got this problem.

Reading the log I don't have the minimum idea what could be the problem. Can you please help me?

Really no one can suggest anything looking at the log? :'(

How is your audio setup in Settings/System/Audio ?

The HTPC is connected via HDMI to a AV Receiver, so I guess that part is correct.

That's what I thought.
I had the same issue as you do.
I fixed it by changing Audio output device from DirectSound to Wasapi.
The only issue now is after I'm done playing a movie, my navigation sounds are all messed up but I can live with that. I just disabled them in XBMC...
