I have a Revo R3700 (NVidia ION2 GPU) with XBMCbuntu 12.0 installed on the HDD. My TV tuner is a Kworld UB499-2T T09 which is listed a being compatible with Linux. I needed to extract the firmware by making the dvb-usb-it9137-01.fw file from a Windows driver as documented here. I then copied the dvb-usb-it9137-01.fw file to /lib/firmware & rebooted. TVheadend picks up the dual tuners and shows 6 muxes but no services or channels are displayed. The location is correctly set for uk_BlackHill. The same tuner works fine with OpenELEC 2.99.3 and hdhomerun but I needed to abandon OpenELEC as it didn't work well with the ION2 GPU for live TV. Can anyone please help?

EDIT - TV card now no longer working in Windows so it looks like it's faulty.
