Would be nice to have an option in the settings menu, under Subtitles possibly, to allow you to disable subtitles by default. Obviously this wouldn't apply to forced subtitles, such as speaking in a foreign language in an english film, but would disable displaying the english subtitles for an english movie.
Currently, you have to start playing a file, go into the Audio menu during playback, disable subtitles, and set as default. Would be easier to have an option in the settings menu to disable subtitiles by default, and you would be allowed to change this setting during playback.
I imagine most people watching an english movie don't have use for the subtitles (outside of the deaf or people who like to read the words), and as such it would be the "exception" to use them rather then the norm. Thus having the ability to turn them off up front by default would be nice.
