In XBMC 12.1 Frodo when I start XBMC for the first time or when I delete XBMC folder from the current user appdata profile the fanart.tv download isn't working and it's stuck in the currently downloading add-ons list at 0% and none of the other add-ons complete the download until I cancel the fanart.tv download. The fanart.tv Scrapper Library isn't working. It has Type metadata.xbmc.scraper.library.
