Looked around, but Google seems to be not my friend for today.

Does there exist a web interface add-on *not* to control or managing your XBMC, but just list the movies, tv-serie and able to let user to download them (NOT stream them) or upload a movie.. And creating users + passwords.

Well ty, obvious XBMC isn't intended to use as a sharing platform, but for friends to share it's nice.

it's possible to make one, mine has everything you asked for (except the upload and download.. but that's because i dont want my connection being hammered)...

I just run a web server that publishes my movies share and then my front end to browse through it all (i've left the download links off though for obvious reasons).

This reads the xbmc mysql database to get it's info..

BTW - This front end only really works in Chrome (some times firefox).. IE really messes all the CSS up.
