Hello!

I have a HAMA MCE remote control but it does not work in xbmc.

I followed this guide: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=HOW...for_Ubuntu in order to set it up. Debug log shows my input but xbmc itself does not react.

How can I get it to work again?

I didn't need to use LIRC with mine. It's just recognized as a USB keyboard. Out of the box, the navigation, play, pause, mute, numbers, close, clear (and maybe some others) buttons were recognized automatically. I was able to map almost all the other buttons to various XBMC actions/functions using a custom keyboard.xml (wiki) file. This is for *buntu.
