I am using MyMovies on my WHS2011 server. I also have the content manager on my laptop to access and edit my content.

How do I set up xbmc to look at XML data in the movie folders and not rescrape using one of the built in scrapers?

Thanks.
If you have a properly formatted .nfo file, xbmc will use that instead of using a scraper.

Will MyMovies create an nfo file. Also when I add a source do I set the scraper to none? If so then must i do a set content and/or update library?
I've never used MyMovies, but a quick Google tells me that the XML format isn't the same, so no, I don't think it'll work natively. There is a mention on the wiki about using MyMovies XML files with some patch, but it doesn't go into details or even provide a link to the patch.

You still need to set content on the source even when using NFO files.
The mymovies support got removed long ago.
