I am trying to make it work,read wiki,done all the right settings but no luck,xbmc reads all channel and EPG info but no playback.I am using vu+ solo with latest openpli,openwebif is set up and working.Any ideas?

Please make sure that you have configured the correct streaming port - maybe openpli uses a different port than the default.

Openwebif: http port 80\streaming port 8001,no authentication.So i guess its all right but again no playback.

i have it work out finally with openpli and default settings working very nice.The problem was that vu+ box only allow xbmc/vu+ addon ,change channel only when box is at standby mode,if not then xbmc only plays the channel that is active on setbox.
recording is workin fine also,the only thing missing is timeshift,is it possible?At vu+ box timeshift is working.Do i have to change a setting at vu+ addon?

You should enable the "zap before channel switch" option in the addon settings.
Timeshift is not available yet with this addon.
