I recently learned about EDL files when I went looking for a way to add chapter or scene support to some of my videos. I've had no luck whatsoever with scene markers. The edl loads and processes cuts just fine but not combination of keyboard keys or button presses seem to make it go to the next scene it just ends the movie and says that it "Can't find next item to play".
When I am watching the file and press "o" to bring up the on screen display it says edl:c1s2 which I think means one cut and two scenes which matches with the edl I've created it just won't skip to the next scene.
Am I missing something?
I'm running windows XP and 7 and tried to make it work with XBMC 11.0 but I've since upgraded to 12.1 and nothing has changed.
