I have been running XBMC v11 without issues. When I loaded XBMC v12 and then v12.1, movies that are contained in ISO files open extremely slow (approximately 20 times slower). It is as if the movie is being played in very, very slow motion. This happens for all ISO files I have tried.

I reverted to XBMC v11 and the ISO files play correctly.

I am running Windows 7 32bit.

After you installed Frodo, did you verify Frodo audio output to make sure that it is correct. For Frodo to run fluently, audio output configs have to be perfectly correct. Here are some tips- Simplify XBMC configurations......
